Steve Clarke retired from the Metropolitan Police after 30years service. He has a wide experience in risk management and in working and dealing with potentially aggressive and violent individuals. As a Chief Inspector in the East End of London he was responsible for community policing and multi-agency working. He has offered training services under the title of Personal Safety Awareness for the past 5 years and has wide experience of working with diverse groups which include all aspects of social care provision, social services, health and education. He has also worked with many other groups such as Library services, environmental health, trading standards and rights of way officers.
His ethic is that training should be relaxed but effective and presented in such a way that participants are enabled to be fully involved whilst enjoying the input leaving a training session feeling they have been both entertained and trained. A number of associates with a similar ethic have joined him.
